November 2010: International Telecommunication Union's Global Symposium for Regulators

Stephen Young joined regulators from around the world in Dakar, Senegal when they met under the auspices of the International Telecommunications Union to consider trends in the ICT sector.

Stephen was there to present the findings from his study on ICTs, Climate Change and Regulation, now published by the ITU as a Discussion Document .
